Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your card details.
No — you can check out as a guest. We recommend creating an account so you can track your build status in real time from your account page. Registration is free and takes under a minute.
Orders can be cancelled while they are in Pending or Processing status. Once a build has started (status: Building), cancellation is no longer possible. Log in to your account page to cancel, or contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective units. If your machine arrives damaged or develops a hardware fault within 30 days, contact us at support@lumorapc.com and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund. See our full policies page for details.
No minimum. You can order a single component upgrade or a full custom build — everything is available individually from our shop.
Builds & Customization
Build times vary depending on the complexity of your configuration. We'll keep you updated at every step of the process — from assembly through to shipping.
Absolutely. Use our PC Builder to configure your exact components — pick your tier, then specify your budget, use case, preferred brands, and any specific parts in the order notes. We review every order and will reach out within 1 business day if we have questions.
Every machine goes through a full stress-test suite: CPU and GPU load testing (Prime95 + FurMark), memory stability testing, thermal monitoring, POST verification, and a 24-hour burn-in. We include benchmark results with your build documentation.
Windows 11 Home is included with all full system builds unless otherwise specified. We can install Windows 11 Pro, leave the drive clean (for your own license), or install your preferred Linux distro at no extra charge — just note it in your order.
Yes. Supply-your-own-parts builds are assembled on a labor basis — contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility and pricing. Note that warranty coverage applies only to parts sourced by Lumora PC — we can't cover components you supply if they fail, though we'll do our best to diagnose and assist.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available at this time. If you're outside the contiguous US, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Standard shipping is free on all orders. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping for $99.99 for customers who need their build faster. All machines are shipped fully insured.
We use double-wall corrugated boxes, anti-static foam, and custom-cut padding matched to each case size. The GPU is braced during transit. Every package is sealed with tamper-evident tape and photographed before dispatch.
Document the damage with photos before opening the box, then email us immediately with your order number and photos. Because all shipments are fully insured, we'll file the claim and get you a replacement built and shipped at no cost to you — no questions asked.
Warranty & Support
All builds include a 1-year labor warranty covering assembly defects, incorrect component installation, and workmanship issues. Component warranties are passed through from the manufacturer — most CPUs, GPUs, and motherboards carry 2–3 year manufacturer warranties. We'll handle RMA coordination on your behalf at no charge.
Physical damage (drops, spills), unauthorized modifications, overclocking beyond safe limits, removal of thermal compound without reinstallation, and third-party repairs will void the labor warranty. Component manufacturer warranties follow their own terms. When in doubt, ask us before opening the machine.
Adding compatible RAM or a compatible M.2/SATA drive does not void your warranty. Replacing the GPU, CPU, or motherboard will void the labor warranty on those components. If you're unsure whether an upgrade is safe, just ask — we're happy to advise.
Every build includes 30 days of complimentary tech support from delivery — covering software setup, driver questions, and general usage. After 30 days, hardware defects remain covered under the 1-year warranty. We also offer paid repair and diagnostic services beyond the warranty period — contact us to learn more. Lumora PC customers always receive priority service and discounted labor rates.
Account & Orders
Log in to your account page and click any order to see the full build pipeline — Ordered → Confirmed → Building → Shipped → Delivered. You'll also receive email updates at each stage. Tracking information is added as soon as your package is handed off to the carrier.
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Address changes are possible while your order is in Pending or Processing status. Contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once a build has shipped, we're unable to redirect the package.
