Terms & Conditions
Effective date: May 27, 2026. By placing an order or using the Lumora PC website (lumorapc.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Our Products
Lumora PC builds custom personal computers to order. Every machine is hand-assembled in the United States using components sourced from authorized US distributors. Because each build is made to your exact specifications, all sales are final except as described in the Returns & Defects section below.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our website and paid in full at checkout via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and include the cost of components and labor. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping state and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error occurs; in that event, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order while it is in Pending or Processing status. Once assembly has begun (status: Building), cancellation is no longer possible as components have been allocated to your specific build. To request a cancellation, log in to your account or email support@lumorapc.com immediately.
4. Build & Shipping Timeline
Build times vary depending on the complexity of your configuration. We will keep you updated at every step of the process. Lumora PC is not liable for delays caused by component availability, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your build ships.
5. Warranty
Every Lumora PC is covered by a 1-year parts warranty from the date of delivery. If any component fails within that period due to a manufacturing defect, we will coordinate the repair or replacement on your behalf at no charge. The following void the warranty: physical damage (drops, liquid spills), unauthorized modifications, overclocking beyond safe limits, removal of cooling components without proper reinstallation, or third-party repairs. Adding compatible RAM or storage does not void the warranty. See the full Warranty Policy section for details.
6. Returns & Defects
Because every Lumora PC is custom-built to order, all sales are final — we do not offer cash refunds. If your build arrives with a defective component or we made an error in the configuration, we will repair or exchange it at no cost under our warranty policy. Defect or error claims must be reported to support@lumorapc.com with your order number and photographic or video evidence of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Exchanges are issued at our discretion and cover manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lumora PC's liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, loss of use, or lost profits. Some states do not allow limitation of consequential damages, so this may not apply to you.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this section will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Coverage
Warranty Policy
1-Year Parts Warranty. Every Lumora PC is covered by a 1-year parts warranty from the date of delivery. If any component fails within that period, we will coordinate the replacement on your behalf at no charge to you.
All individual components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, motherboard, PSU) are covered for 12 months from your delivery date. You do not need to contact manufacturers directly — email us and we will handle the claim process for you.
What is not covered: Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid spills, unauthorized modifications), software issues, or damage from power surges without surge protection.
30-day tech support: Every build includes 30 days of complimentary tech support from the date of delivery. This covers software setup, driver installation, and general PC usage questions. After 30 days, hardware defects remain covered under the 1-year warranty; paid tech support is available on request.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@lumorapc.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Delivery
Shipping Info
All orders ship fully insured for the declared value of the build. If your PC is damaged in transit, we will file the claim and replace or repair the affected components at no cost to you.
Lumora PC ships via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options (2-day) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Build + delivery timeline: Build times vary depending on the complexity of your configuration. We'll keep you updated at every step. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your build ships.
Packaging: Every PC ships double-boxed with custom foam inserts and anti-static materials. GPU brace supports are installed to prevent transport damage. We photograph every build before packaging.
US domestic shipping only. We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
Returns Policy
Because every Lumora PC is custom-built to your exact specifications, all sales are final — we do not offer cash refunds. We strongly encourage you to review your build configuration carefully before confirming your order.
Exchanges for defects: If your build arrives with a defective component, we will exchange the affected part under our 1-year parts warranty. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and evidence of the issue.
Build errors: If we made an error in the build — wrong component, wrong configuration — we will cover all shipping costs and correct or exchange it at no charge, regardless of when the error is discovered.
To initiate an exchange or warranty claim, email support@lumorapc.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We'll get back to you within 2 business days. Note: warranty covers defective parts only. Tech support questions are covered free for 30 days from delivery.
We are a small, USA-based operation and we stand behind every machine we build. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
Privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 27, 2026. This policy explains what personal information Lumora PC collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
Short version: We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. We use Stripe for payments — we never see or store your card number.
Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. When you submit a contact form we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and message. Order records include your shipping address and the details of your build. We do not collect or store payment card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
How we use your information
We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications, warranty claims), and respond to your messages. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. We use aggregate, anonymized usage data (pages visited, referrer) to understand how the site is being used — this is never tied to your identity.
How we store your data
Your data is stored in a secured database on our hosting infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Connections to our site are encrypted over HTTPS. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for tax and warranty purposes.
Third-party services
Stripe — processes all card payments. When you check out, your payment details go directly to Stripe's servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Google Fonts — loaded on each page visit; Google may log the request. No other third-party services receive your personal data. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising trackers.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage to store your session token (so you stay logged in) and your cart contents. This data stays on your device and is not shared with anyone. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data (excluding order records required for legal purposes). To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@lumorapc.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 10 business days.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this section. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.

Yes. While our three tiers (Entry, Pro, Ultra) are popular starting points, we build fully custom configurations too. Use the PC Builder to specify your exact components — GPU, CPU, RAM, storage, cooling preference — and add any notes in your order. We'll review it and follow up if needed.
Build times vary depending on the complexity of your configuration. This includes component sourcing, assembly, cable management, and stress testing. We'll keep you updated at every step of the process.
Every build ships with a fresh, licensed installation of Windows 11 Home or Pro (your choice) already installed and activated. We run all Windows updates, install the latest drivers, and verify stability before shipping. We do not install third-party software beyond drivers.
Yes — every build includes 30 days of complimentary tech support from the date of delivery, covering software setup, driver installation, and general usage questions. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as bank transfers for larger orders. Payment is collected after your build configuration is finalized and approved. We do not charge your card until you've confirmed all the details.
Every Lumora PC is built by hand in the United States. We source components from authorized US distributors. Your build is assembled, tested, and shipped by our team — not a third-party warehouse.
Absolutely. All our builds use standard ATX or mATX components in full-size tower cases, so upgrades are straightforward. RAM, storage, and GPU upgrades are typically plug-and-play. Just make sure to check power supply headroom before upgrading the GPU.
